sometimes men (well, and women, of course) are too preoccupied with chasing ideals to notice greatness. you must agree that greatness can often be very far away from ideal. greatness in people will help you be better, will push you further, will beleive in you when you don't beleive in yourslef. unfortunatelly ideals often times do just the opposite.
so my advise (as if i have any credentials in this area:-) is stop searching for ideals, look into other ospects.
